a couple of MANY things i've drawn this summer. i am loving the progress i've been making!! :D enjoy.

my hand is hurting a lot more these days; i've tried resting it for as long as i could, but i can't resist doodling at my job!

sorry for lack of updates -- i am in a rough spot with my art right now. urgh, i hate art blocks!!

Been playing around with my tablet! And doing a bunch of requests for my friends. I hope to get way more comfortable with colours soon, because there's so much I wanna try, but school is practically done so I'll have some free time to experiment. :)

HOMESCHTUCK

I have been reading a popular webcomic called MS Paint Adventures: Homestuck recently... and it's so addictive! It's got thousands of pages but I'm slowly catching up!

I drew 4 of my favourite characters from it... L- R: Vriska, Kanaya, Nepeta, and Aradia. LOLOL I did not even attempt to do her horns... they're... impossible >:( Ram horns.

life drawing

I have discovered that china marker (grease pencil) is amazing on smooth newsprint paper. It works well with my personal style, way more than conte ever could.

I usually hate life drawing and it's one of my least favourite classes, so I hope to go to extra life more to improve and feel better about it. Now we're doing fun things like costumes so I think I enjoy it a bit more!

hodgepodge of things

experimenting with brush pens and drawing more tangled stuff, mostly because THE DVD IS COMING OUT AT THE END OF THE MONTH!!! :) and i promised i'd draw more fanart... aka doodles in between assignments. i have a bunch of original artwork but i want to pretty those up before i post them :)
